Hello there!  We've had some changes on the TTPH blog this year, the team has been split into two and our challenges are now fortnightly.  So here's my first contribution for Team Bubbles where our theme is 'Things with Wings'.   We've been sponsored by 'All Dressed Up' and they are offering 2 digis to our challenge winner so come on let's see your creations!

By the way - we are having a very busy week trawling around catteries - yup we've decided we're going on holiday and don't want to leave three terrors alone in the house - goodness knows what sort of things they'd get up to - orgies, parties, disco's, smoking catnip - oooh you name it!  So we've been out and found a lovely place and the 'rooms' are really big - of course we'd need to have one for each cat 'cos they never sleep in the same room - well they are divas of course.  Having said that, Donny is being left at home because he is so timid and frightened of his own shadow that it would be too stressful for him and our neighbour will take care of him for us.  Just got to sort out our insurance now - that's an hour or three on the 'phone because they need to know 'the in's and out's of Meg's backside' as my old uncle used to say - bless him.  They have to know all about my medical bits and bobs but we don't care as long as we are covered.  I had a week all planned out but we suddenly decided to do this so everything went haywire!  Oh well - just looking forward to that sun and if Scottie can beam me up and transport me without the aid of an aeroplane, I would be more than grateful.  Ooops just remembered - need to go to the Travel Agents now to book the holiday - duh!!!

Take care all of you - I hope you are keeping well and dry.

Hugs to you all.

Good afternoon fellow bloggers - as I'm posting this one there's a little ray of sunshine peeping through the window - not sure how long it will last so I thought I should mention it 'cos I'm always whingeing about the wet weather.   Anywoo this card is for the OSAAT challenge this fortnight and as you can see above you can make anything you want to as long as it isn't a square or rectangular in shape.  Simples.

You can win gorgeous digi images and a paper pack so it's well worth entering our challenge.  Come on peeps - let's see your creative juices flowing!

Happy New Year everyone - I'm hoping for a healthier and positive year for all of us.  Mind you this bloomin' weather isn't very healthy at the moment and I really am thinking about all of the poor families out there suffering because of the floods.   Take care!

I'm now posting my very first card for 2016 as a member of the Crafty Calendar Challenge DT - our theme this month is 'Something New' - now that could be anything - new home, new baby, new crafty item, new fur baby (just had to get that one in!!) so the scope is endless.

We have two sponsors this month - All Dressed Up, who are giving two digis as a prize and Wild Orchid Crafts, who are giving a £10 gift voucher!  The digi I've used is from All Dressed Up - Wendy Burns who drew this gorgeous image lives in Nottingham just like me - woo hoo!!!   I've used a new die (ooops, just spilt the beans to Winnie)  and a new doily for my 'Something New' items on my card.

Digi - Little Skater from All Dressed Up
7" x 7" White Card Blank - Anna Marie Designs
DCWV - 8" x 8" Citrus Stack pad
Grand Scalloped Square die - Spellbinders Dies
Classic Scalloped Circles Large die - Spellbinders Dies
Curlicues die - Tattered Lace Dies (NEW)
Snowflake SDD007 - Sweet Dixie Dies
Snowflake punches
Copic Markers

Cosmic Shimmer Clear Varnish Lacquer
Square paper doily - NEW from Ebay

I haven't popped a sentiment on this one 'cos it's going to be the first one in my 'card stash' box this year and I didn't use typical winter colours either because she's at the Nottingham Ice Skating rink!  Ta da!!!

Anyway I just hope you can do a little bit of crafting and enter our first challenge of 2016.

Lots of big hugs to you all -

Love Sue xxx
